Amazon, LCY2 event, 2019

We were delighted to have been chosen to supply all lighting, rigging, staging, projection plus crew & production for this amazing event at the London Cruise Terminal at Tilbury Docks.
We engaged upon designing the production with CAD images and scaled drawings. Keeping the character of the building and theme of the event was important to both the client and the event management company so particular attention was taken to installation and lighting techniques.
Lighting was a key element in this production which saw us provide an LED star cloth backdrop to each bar, 18x LED uplighter units. A projection mapped logo wall with scrolling messages also welcomed the guests upon their arrival.
Staging was provided by our dedicated staging division, Stage Men, installing an 8m x 4m performance area at 1m high.
