We were delighted to be invited to supply all production for the 4x4 Expo in the Stafford County Show ground.  This event was attended by over 6000 people during the day.

After meeting with the event organisers, we designed the set in CAD and presented these files for approval.
Working closely with the camera crew, we deigned the lighting around them for better and even lighting coverage. Audio was relayed to the audience and also split with a dedicated feed to the camera team for recording purposes.
Staging & AV was supplied by our sister company, Stage Men which meant we were able to keep all of the production in-house. Our large 16:9 ratio projector screen was used a backdrop with one of our short throw projectors for interactive backdrop. 4 screens also relayed video around the main arena.
